For the smoothest booking experience, we recommend creating a member account, though it’s not required to complete your booking.

Parents MUST read over this policy before booking.  We ask that this policy is respected. It is important that BSC and the Parent(s) are in full agreement before our services are used. 

*First-time bookings require a completed intake form before confirmation. General forms for all services are available during booking. All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours.

We assigns sitters based on availability and compatibility; parents may not choose a specific sitter unless stated. All sitters are background-checked, CPR/First Aid Certified and experienced. Only clients who are contracted with a specific sitter are guaranteed assignment.

Requesting additional sitters costs $8/hr per extra sitter.

SAME-DAY BOOKING FEE

4-6 Hours Notice: $20

2-3 Hours notice : $30

1 Hour or Less $50

OPERATIONAL HOURS

Monday - Saturday: from 6 am to 1 am

Sunday: 4 pm to 1 am

*Bookings made outside of our operational hours will incur a fee* listed below

OUTSIDE OF OPERATIONAL HOURS

Hours booked outside of operational times (6am–1am) will incur additional fees:

  • 1 hour outside of operational hours: $25

  • 2 hours outside of operational hours: $35

  • 3 overnight hours: $40

These fees apply to hours booked outside the designated operational times.

BOOKING

Please fill out the request form with as much detail as possible so that we can assist in arranging your services.

Online inquiries are monitored during normal business hours only (Monday- Saturday 6am- 11pm) Since we personally address each inquiry, please allow 24 hours for us to respond to all non-urgent reservations. 

PARKING PAYMENT POLICY

All clients are responsible for payment of all parking expenses incurred during their stay or visit, including street parking, garage parking, valet services, and all hotel parking facilities. Clients agree to settle any charges related to parking promptly.

HOLIDAYS

Extra fees may apply (e.g., Mardi Gras, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).

     LATE ARRIVAL

We offer a 20-minute grace period for parents to arrive after their designated end-time. After this grace period, a late fee of $25 will be applied. This fee is in addition to any charges for additional hours of service required.

Privacy Notice
Your information will be used solely for confirming services and will not be shared or used outside of our company or with third parties.

SERVICE PAYMENT

Parents are responsible for ALL fees after services rendered.

​Please note that parents MUST pay for the full scheduled hours when booking. Early arrival does not exempt you from paying for the full booked time. Changes to scheduled times within 24 hours or after will incur a $10 fee.

Full payment for scheduled hours is required; no refunds are issued after services are confirmed.

Payment information is due upon request and payment fees are due upon confirmation.

Late fees may apply to interrupted or delayed payments.

Sitters are not authorized to accept any form of service payments; tips are appreciated. Tips are appreciated and should be given directly to the sitter. Parent(s) must agree to pay BSC as scheduled. If your child(ren) are cared for at times additional to those scheduled, Parent(s) will be charged for the additional time. BSC agrees to give Parent(s) a notice before any changes are made to the scheduled time, payment, or fees and will provide a new agreement in the event of change.

CANCELLATION

If parent(s) would like to cancel a confirmed booking, a (non-negotiable) cancellation fee of $40 will be applied. Reschedule within same work-week to avoid fees. Changes must be made 24 hrs prior. Reduced fee of $20 for illness or severe weather. Non-payment results in termination of services.

ILLNESS POLICY 

If your child could show any signs of an oncoming illness, please notify BSC immediately, as we have the obligation to protect ourselves and other children in our care from illness whenever possible. Parent(s) MUST let their sitter know of any medical problems beforehand, in case of emergency. 

DISCIPLINE

BSC will not make any corporal punishment in the discipline of children in their care. Should discipline be required, sitters will use redirection and/or a time out.

ADDITIONAL TERMS 

Parents are prohibited from contacting their assigned sitter outside of their scheduled times. All sitters are aware that this could terminate their contract.

 

 Parents are not permitted to hire our sitters to service them without our knowledge.
