All bookings must be made for a minimum of two hours.

Cancellation Policy

Dear valued clients, please be advised that our sitters are required to contact you WITHIN 30 minutes prior to your service time with their estimated time of arrival. Additionally, please note that our sitters are not permitted to accept service payments, but are allowed to receive tips. For service payments we prefer Zelle: bscnola4@gmail.com, or enclosed checks. Invoices will be sent for card/online payments. We kindly ask you to refer to our Policy page for more information on payment methods, cancellation policies, and any other concerns you may have.
