Service Description

Experience peace of mind for parents and event organizers with our worry-free childcare solutions. Whether you're planning a wedding, holiday party, concert, work event, or any special occasion, we’ve got you covered. Our services include engaging activities for children, active assistance with food preparation and party transitions, tidy-up after the event, and comprehensive setup support. We offer customizable options to enhance your event, including light refreshments, portable cots, themed activities and games, decorations, and more. Our administrative fee varies based on the additional amenities you choose. Book us to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone at your next event!


Policy

Services Offered   * Dedicated Care: Two certified sitters will be assigned to your event. * Capacity: There is no limit to the number of children who can participate (within your range). * Fees: An hourly rate based on number of children in attendance PLUS an administrative fee starting at the rate of $50+, which may vary based on additional incentives. * Activities & Toys: We will supply a standard range of activities and toys suitable for children of all ages. * Event Support: Our trained staff will assist with party setup, oversee play activities, ensure the safety of all children, and tidy up before we conclude the event. Please fill out the Intake Form to include any dietary restrictions, disabilities, allergies, and other relevant info. - Should more than two sitters be required, a fee of $5/hr per extra sitter will apply. Adjustments to times can also be made as needed. - Cancellation Fee: $70. If due to weather conditions or illness $50. Next Steps To confirm your agreement, please be advised that a $50 deposit (administrative fee without incentive rates) must be submitted. This deposit will be applied to your total costs.   Parents are responsible for ALL fees. FORMS OF PAYMENT: Invoices will be sent for card payments. We DO NOT accept cash as a form of payment. Payments must be submitted after services are used. Please note that payments received AFTER the day serviced will incur late fees. Sitters are NOT allowed to accept service payment. Tips are appreciated but not expected and should be given directly to the sitter. Parent(s) must agree to pay BSC per hour as scheduled. BSC does NOT offer refunds once our services are used. If your child(ren) are cared for at times additional to those scheduled, Parent(s) will be charged for the additional time. BSC agrees to give Parent(s) a notice before any changes are made to the scheduled time, payment, or fees and will provide a new agreement in the event of change.
