Policy

Playdates can take place in-home or at safe public outings. $25 Supplemental Fee (Deposit-not included in total) Required to confirm bookings. Extra sitter: $6/hour Transportation (Pick-Up and Drop-Off): $25 + $6 per additional stop. Reimbursement must be provided for tickets, lunch, etc. 1.Policy Acknowledgment: Before booking our services, parents MUST read the Policy page and complete the Intake Form. This ensures that all parties are informed and compliant with our guidelines.
 2. Cancellation Policy: *If you wish to cancel your booking, a cancellation fee of $40 will be incurred. This fee is non-negotiable. *You can avoid the cancellation fee by rescheduling your booking to a date within the same week. If it is rescheduled for a different work week, a cancellation fee will be charged. *Changes to your scheduled time must occur at least 24 hours in advance. After this period, sitters will assist you according to the original scheduled times. *In cases of sickness or severe weather, the cancellation fee will be reduced to $20. *Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in the inability to use our services. 3. Payment Terms: *Accepted payment methods include Zelle at bscnola4@gmail.com and invoices for card payments; we DO NOT accept cash. *Payments are due after services are rendered. Late payments will incur fees, and sitters are not authorized to accept payments. *An hourly charge will apply for any time spent beyond the scheduled service without prior notice. *A late fee of $25 will be applied if parents are more than 20 minutes late for pick-up or drop-off, with a grace-period of at-least 10 MINUTES. *Parents are responsible for ALL fees. Sitters are NOT allowed to accept service payment. Tips are appreciated not expected and should be given directly to the sitter. *Parent(s) must agree to pay BSC per hour as scheduled. BSC does NOT offer refunds once our services are used. *If your child(ren) are cared for at times additional to those scheduled, Parent(s) will be charged for the additional time. BSC agrees to give Parent(s) a notice before any changes are made to the scheduled time, payment, or fees and will provide a new agreement in the event of change. 4.Please be advised that all sitters are required to contact you within 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service time to provide an estimated time of arrival. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the sitter's bio and photo to get acquainted with them before your scheduled time.
