Event Policy

Group & Social Event Childcare Services

 

Requirements

 

 Parents/guardians of all attending children must complete the Event Intake Form prior to the event.

 All listed rates are based on a 2hour minimum. Additional time blocks are available upon request.

(Online rates reflect both the base rate and administrative fee only; the deposit will be added to your final total)

 

 

Booking & Deposit

To secure your booking, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance and is separate from listed service fees.

 

 

Service Fees

 

• Base rate determined by the event package selection

• Administrative fee: $100

• Optional add-ons: Activities tailored to your group, food, and refreshments and more (available upon request)

 

Cancellation fees:

 

   Standard: $70

   Weather or illness related: $50

 

Parents/guardians are responsible for all applicable fees.

 

 

Services Provided

 

Dedicated Care: Certified sitters assigned based on appropriate child-to-sitter ratios.

Capacity Planning: Packages tailored to your expected number of children.

Activities & Toys: Age-appropriate toys and activities provided using available materials.

Event Support: Staff will set up (or assist with event setup), supervise activities, serve meals if applicable, ensure child safety, and handle cleanup before the event concludes.

Payment

 

Full payment for scheduled hours is required; no refunds are issued after services are confirmed.

Payment is due at booking confirmation and will be processed using the original payment method.

Late fees may apply to interrupted or delayed payments.

Sitters are not authorized to accept any form of service payments; tips are appreciated.

Additional time beyond the scheduled hours will be billed accordingly.

 

 

Additional Terms

 

Parents/guardians agree to pay for all scheduled services as outlined.

Babysitters Club Nola LLC will provide advance notice of any changes to scheduling, payment, or fees and will issue an updated agreement if necessary.
